As you reach the top, the spaceship door opens with a soft whoosh, inviting you inside.

You step through the door, and suddenly, you’re in a cozy, warm room filled with cushions and soft blankets.

The room smells like your favorite scent, maybe fresh cookies or sweet flowers, whatever makes you feel happy and safe.

Now, find a comfy spot and settle down.

As you sit, the spaceship hums gently around you, like it’s saying hello.

These clouds are made of dreams—some are about flying, some are about playing with animals, and some are about exploring magical lands.

The spaceship gently lands on the Planet of Dreams, and the door opens to let you step outside.

The ground is soft beneath your feet, like walking on a cushion.

The air here is warm and sweet, and the sky is filled with dancing colors.

As you walk, you notice little sparkles of light floating down from the clouds.

These are dream seeds, and when they touch the ground, they sprout into tiny dream trees, each one glowing softly with a different color.

You reach out and catch one of the dream seeds.

As you walk back to the spaceship, the dream trees wave their glowing branches, saying goodbye.

You step back into the cozy room and find your spot among the cushions.

The spaceship hums again as we gently lift off, leaving the Planet of Dreams behind.

Now, let’s glide through space some more.

The stars twinkle brightly, like they’re winking at you.

Up ahead, you see a beautiful, sparkling galaxy swirling like a giant, colorful whirlpool.

This is the Galaxy of Calm, and it’s filled with soft, peaceful light that wraps around you like a warm hug.

As we float through the Galaxy of Calm, take a deep breath in… and out… feeling the calmness surround you.

The light here is soft and gentle, and it seems to sing a quiet, peaceful song.

You can almost hear it if you listen closely.

The light swirls around you, filling you with peace from head to toe.

You feel so relaxed, like you could float forever in this beautiful galaxy.

But our journey isn’t over yet!

Look out the window again, and you’ll see a bright, shining star up ahead.

This is the Star of Rest.

It’s the coziest, comfiest star in the whole universe.

The spaceship slowly drifts closer until we’re floating right above it.

The Star of Rest glows with a warm, golden light, and as we get nearer, you can feel its warmth wrapping around you, like a soft, fuzzy blanket.

The spaceship lowers itself gently onto the Star of Rest, and the door opens to let you step outside.

The surface of the star is soft and warm, like the fluffiest bed you’ve ever felt.

Lie down on the star, close your eyes, and feel its gentle warmth seep into your body.

Take a deep breath in… and out… letting go of any last little worries.

You are completely safe and calm here on the Star of Rest.

The star begins to hum softly, singing you a lullaby of light.

It’s the most soothing sound you’ve ever heard, and it makes you feel so cozy and relaxed.

The stars above twinkle gently, like tiny night-lights watching over you.

It’s time to head back now, but you can carry the warmth of the Star of Rest with you.

Slowly, you get up and walk back to the spaceship. The door closes softly behind you as you find your comfy spot among the cushions once more.

The spaceship gently lifts off the Star of Rest, carrying you back through the Galaxy of Calm, past the Planet of Dreams, and all the way back to where we started.

As we glide through the stars, take one last deep breath in… and out… feeling peaceful and calm.

The spaceship slowly comes to a stop, and when you open your eyes, you’re back in the cozy room where we began.

The journey is over, but the calm and peaceful feelings will stay with you.

The Planet of Dreams, the Galaxy of Calm, and the Star of Rest will always be there, waiting for you.
